Coventry-based FireAngel, one of the UK’s leading fire safety technology companies, is set to move into the Bourn Building, in a deal sealed by commercial property firm Bromwich Hardy.
Rooted in Coventry since 1998, the £70 million turnover business employs 110 people across the UK, with 91 staff to be based at Bourn, its new European headquarters in the heart of the city.
FireAngel made the decision to remain in Coventry to retain its loyal and highly skilled workforce, while securing a modern, sustainable base to support its global growth ambitions.
Recently acquired by Ningbo-based Siterwell Electronics Company, FireAngel joins existing occupiers Corona Energy, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Global Insurance Management, and Dexcel Pharma, with only 18,300 sq ft now remaining at the Bourn Building.
