Tom Bromwich

BSc (Hons) MRICS

Bromwich Hardy founding partner Tom Bromwich is a chartered surveyor with more than three decades of experience and a strong entrepreneurial drive.

Tom, one of the most respected commercial property experts in the region, has grown Bromwich Hardy into an award-winning, results-driven agency which has been named the most active agency in Warwickshire for each of the last nine years.

Under his leadership the agency also regularly features at the top end of league tables for its work all across the country.

He focuses on private clients, both individuals and private companies, and is relationship driven. Tom deals with agency and investment instructions as well as leading on development projects.

Away from Bromwich Hardy, Tom is chair of trustees at the Get A-Head charity, which supports people with head and neck cancer and disease and which has raised more than £10million to help fund research and equipment.

Dawn Cooper

Dawn is a partner at Bromwich Hardy and responsible for the day-to-day running of the office. She also oversees the agency’s highly-successful and fast-growing property management team, which manages some of the most historic buildings across Coventry.

Since joining Bromwich Hardy as PA to founding partners Tom Bromwich and Richard Hardy eight years ago, Dawn has helped introduce new processes and procedures to make the business more efficient and also looks after HR matters and all aspects of client care.

This year Dawn was appointed to the board of the Coventry & Warwickshire First organisation, which brings together professional and financial services firms from across the region to offer members advice and support.

David Penn

BA (Econ) BSc (Est Man) FRICS

Bromwich Hardy partner David Penn is one of the best-known and most respected faces in the Coventry and Warwickshire business world, and is a Past-President of the region’s Chamber of Commerce.

David, who joined Bromwich Hardy in 2015, specialises in commercial agency, valuations, investment disposals and acquisitions, and property development.

He has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial property and is a fellow of the RICS and a Registered Valuer. He has been twice named Property Professional of the Year in the prestigious FirstPro awards.

David’s expertise is in constant demand across the region and he is a member of Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce’s Employment Land Panel. This year he played a leading role in helping compile a major report for the Chamber into the lack of employment land provision in the region.

Ed Bunbury

BA (Hons), MSc, MRICS

Ed Bunbury joined Bromwich Hardy early in 2025 with 14 years’ experience, having previously worked for Phoenix & Partners, LSH and John Arkwright and Company.

He specialises in agency, both investment and occupational, and professional services. His focus is on private clients, charities and property companies.

Outside of work, he enjoys all sports, particularly cricket and plays when his young family allows.

Jo Watters

Jo has over 20 years’ experience working across the UK property market, covering industrial, retail, office, residential, agricultural, telecoms, and infrastructure sectors. She specialises in Valuation and Lease Consultancy, providing strategic advice that enables clients to make informed and confident decisions.

Her valuation experience includes acting for multiple high street banks for secured lending as well as pension funds and private clients and she has extensive expertise representing both landlords and tenants throughout lease negotiations.

Before joining the firm, Jo held roles within the Valuation and Professional teams at Knight Frank and Colliers in addition to providing strategic advice for utility and energy clients whilst in her position at Dalcour Maclaren. She is a RICS Registered Valuer and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Mark Booth

MSc

Senior Surveyor Mark Booth has made a big impression in the commercial property market, having joined us full time in June 2022.

Mark, who has a first-class degree in Business Management, has recently been sponsored by the firm through a Masters in Real Estate Management at Birmingham City University and is now completing his Assessment of Professional Competence. Mark previously spent a year working with us as part of a partnership with Coventry University.

Rob Lord

Rob Lord, who previously spent a year at Bromwich Hardy as part of his studies in real estate at Sheffield Hallam University, has now officially joined the Coventry-based company.

At 24, Rob, who hails from Leamington Spa and attended Princethorpe College in Rugby, enjoys playing football and cricket and has recently become a member of Coventry Golf Club.

Speaking about his return to the firm, Rob shared that coming back felt like a natural step, as he had thoroughly enjoyed his placement experience with the team, clients, and business.

Harvey Wells

Harvey spent just under a year at JLL working in the Investment Capital Markets team in Birmingham, graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2025, where he studied a real estate degree. He is working to becoming a chartered surveyor over the next year, and looks forward to getting involved in agency, investment and property management work.

Outside of work, Harvey enjoys playing football and tennis in his pastime, as well as being an avid skier.

Charlie Glover

Having joined Bromwich Hardy in September 2023, Charlie is thrilled to kick off his journey in commercial real estate.

Charlie is eager to learn the ins and outs of property matters and is a fast learner.

As an apprentice, he will be blending practical on-the-job knowledge and academics with studies at Birmingham City University, all while working towards his APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor accredited by RICS.

Allan Watts

BSc (Hons) Sports Science & Environmental Science

As Facilities manager, Allan plays a vital role in the continued growth of the department.

He oversees the running of a number of commercial sites across the country with a range of responsibilities.

Allan’s key roles include landlord/tenant communication, ground maintenance, risk and security management, utility procurement, building maintenance and insurance, ensuring all health & safety requirements are adhered to and working on project management cases.

Allan joined the team in 2016 bringing a wealth of experience and skills from his previous roles in the justice sector.

Facilities Manager

Tom Smith

Facilities manager Tom joined Bromwich Hardy in 2020 and is a key member of our property management department, bringing 10 years of skills and experience from the justice sector.

Along with Allan, Tom oversees the running of a number of commercial sites across the country with a range of responsibilities.

As a facilities manager, responsibilities include maintaining property condition, addressing tenant concerns, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing budgets. Tom strives to create and maintain positive relationships with both property owners and tenants, aiming to provide exceptional service and prompt resolution to any issues that may arise.

Steve Compton

Chartered surveyor Steve Compton has joined Bromwich Hardy as a consultant, with a particular focus on the property management side of the agency.

Steve is a highly experienced, professionally-qualified development and regeneration specialist with a 40-year track record of successful delivery covering all aspects of physical and economic regeneration and property development.

During a successful career, Steve has worked in both the public and private sector, He was appointed chief executive of Opportunity Peterborough URC in 2007. Since 2010 he has operated his own specialist property consultancy providing general professional and specialist property development services. He has also been a keen promoter of the use of modern methods of construction across the industry.

 His skillset includes the ability to develop strong relationships on projects, a clear but pragmatic approach to delivering commercial goals and securing project finance especially from public sector grant and loan programmes.

Financial Controller

Paul Troman

Paul is a CIMA qualified accountant and has joined the company after more than 20 years of experience in finance, including senior management roles with other companies in the region. He has worked in a variety of sectors, including food production and fresh produce supply, manufacturing, exhibitions, distribution and logistics.

Paul is responsible for the financial management of the business whilst also managing the property management team.

A keen fan of most sports, he has recently started coaching his son’s football team. He lives in Warwick with his young family

Accounts Assistant

Jazz Sadhra

Jazz joined Bromwich Hardy in August 2019 as the agency’s sales ledger & credit control manager. She has helped Bromwich Hardy achieve a high success rate in debt collection for rent and service charges thanks to her hard work, efficient and proactive manner and good communication skills.

Prior to joining Bromwich Hardy, Jazz worked for a residential property management company in London for 11 years. She helped establish its finance department and was managing a team of four by the time she left.

Billy Irwin

Billy first joined Bromwich Hardy in January 2020 and, after a brief hiatus, we’re delighted to welcome him back to the team. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential housing sectors, Billy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

He plays a key role in managing client accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery of financial information. His extensive experience includes administering and setting rents and service charges, making him an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.

Tracy Tilley

After an earlier career in retail, Tracy Tilley retrained and now has more than ten years’ experience in finance, having worked in a similar role in businesses in Leicestershire.

She lives near Rugby and has three grown up children. Outside of work, she has a passion for musicals and shows, and loves to play the drums.

She no longer trains but has a Black Belt in Taekwondo.

 

 

Accounts Assistant

Paris Andreou

Paris Andreou has joined Bromwich Hardy as an Accounts Assistant after graduating from the University of Reading with a degree in Business Economics.

Originally from London, 22 year old Paris previously worked in retail, where she developed strong customer service and teamwork skills. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and trying new recipes.

Paris is excited to begin her career with Bromwich Hardy and looks forward to learning from the team and developing her skills.

Kylie Banks

Office Administrator Kylie Banks joined the Bromwich Hardy team in August 2023.

Previously, Kylie worked in administration for a privately owned serviced office accommodation business, gaining a wide range of experience over ten years. She was responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of tailored office spaces that met the diverse needs of clients, from conducting viewings to facilitating virtual client interactions.

Kylie has developed a deep understanding of the office leasing process, and her expertise includes handling all admin, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to excellence, Kylie ensures every task is executed to the highest standards, leaving clients delighted and inspired by their office environments.
