One of the Midlands’ leading commercial property agencies has further strengthened its team with the arrival of a new chartered surveyor.
Steve Compton MRICS has joined Coventry-based Bromwich Hardy as a consultant in the property management team.
He has 40 years’ experience in all aspects of property development and regeneration, covering every sector from residential and commercial to retail and waterside developments.

Steve has extensive experience in working with the public, private and voluntary sectors and is a former chief executive of Opportunity Peterborough, the city’s economic development agency.
He has operated his own independent consultancy practice since 2010 providing a broad range of property and project management services and founded Phoenix Development Services Ltd in 2019 to specialise in MMC construction to deliver a range of development solutions for clients from custom self-build to affordable housing.
He said: “Bromwich Hardy is a real can-do agency and I am looking forward to joining the highly talented property management team. There are some fantastic projects to get my teeth into and I’m sure I’m going to enjoy being part of the team.”
