Bromwich Hardy have recently completed an ‘off-market’ letting of a 5,000 sq ft Warehouse on Tachbrook Park over the summer months, as the market continues to remain strong with limited stock available.
The modern Warehouse is located at Spartan Close on Tachbrook Park and was not formally available as the Landlord’s were considering a temporary occupation themselves.
