New awards give us all that Friday feeling
What an absolutely fantastic way to end another great week – with gold star awards from both CoStar and EG.
We’ve scooped the 2024 CoStar title for the most office disposals in Coventry and being the most active single branch agency for sales and acquisitions in the city, and also come top for most office disposals in Birmingham and being that city’s most active single branch agency.
And there’s more.
We’re number one for the number of office disposals in the West Midlands and for being the region’s most active single branch agency across office acquisitions and disposals by both number and size.
As if that wasn’t enough, we’ve been told today by EG we’ve also been named their 2023 county winner for Warwickshire to reflect our ‘exceptional contribution’.
We’re also EG’s top performing lettings and sales agency in Warwickshire by a country mile for the first quarter of 2024 – with more deals than all other agencies combined.
We’re top in Coventry too and second in the whole of the West Midlands, where we have done more deals than any other agency.
It’s a perfect start to the new month and a great way to close out the week. We couldn’t be more chuffed.
