Bromwich Hardy’s fast growing reputation in the regional commercial property market is enabling the Warwickshire-based firm to build a talented team.

Harvey Wells has joined Bromwich Hardy as a graduate surveyor, moving from a global Birmingham city centre agency to gain experience.

He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA in Real Estate in 2025 and is continuing his work to become a chartered surveyor over the next 12 months.

He said: “Bromwich Hardy has a strong presence in the regional market and the firm punches well above its weight for its size.

“I wanted to gain more experience and have the responsibility to complete transactions, and I look forward to becoming increasingly involved in our agency, investment and property management work.”

He said the strong work ethic of his colleagues at Bromwich Hardy and a commitment to delivering results made a strong case and he is enjoying working well together as a team.

Tom Bromwich, managing partner of Bromwich Hardy, said: “At Bromwich Hardy we are keen to grow our staff organically, but we have an open door for talent.

“We were impressed with Harvey’s reasons for wanting to join Bromwich Hardy and he has already begun to prove a worthy member of our team.”

Bromwich Hardy stood out as the busiest agency in the Coventry and Warwickshire area in the last year, according to CoStar, the commercial real estate information specialists.

The firm also had a clean sweep in the CoStar awards across the Warwickshire region as the most active agent by the number of deals and square footage let and sold, cementing the firm’s position as the county’s number one commercial property agent.

The company picked up four trophies – two for the Most Active Disposal Agent, and two for Most Active Single Branch Agency Acquisitions & Disposals, winning each category for the size of properties and number of deals made.
