Our latest completion was with Interserve PLC who has signed up for 10 years at the Henley Road Industrial Park. With acquisitions on the horizon, and tenders galore, I can’t see any rest period up to Christmas. It is like a breath of fresh air for us and it is quite clear that business is moving again”.
