Bromwich Hardy have successfully let the main retail unit at Meon Vale, Stratford upon Avon.
Meon Vale has been developed by leading UK regeneration Developer, St Modwen and the retail and leisure property forms part of a new 500 house development. Bromwich Hardy were appointed sole agents following the success they achieved in letting over 150,000 sq ft of commercial space elsewhere on the estate.
