Bromwich Hardy has successfully help BPS Builders Merchants, acquire their latest property.
Westfield Road, Southam is currently being refurbished and the 18,500 sq ft building will house the latest showroom and retail store for the expanding Group. Tom Bromwich acted on behalf of BPS in lease negotiations in order to secure the building on the right terms.
