Bromwich Hardy have successfully completed on the sale of landmark building Warwick House, Nuneaton for their London based client.
The five-storey office block located in the town centre comprises over 16,500 Sq. Ft and was sold with permitted development rights for residential conversion to one and two bedroom apartments.
