Leading Midlands commercial property agency Bromwich Hardy has recruited an experienced financial controller as part of its continued expansion plans.
Paul Troman has joined the company after more than 20 years of experience in finance, including senior management roles with other companies in the region.
He qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2009, and since then has worked in a variety of sectors, including food production and fresh produce supply, manufacturing, exhibitions, distribution and logistics.
Paul is the latest appointment at Bromwich Hardy, where staff numbers increased from 13 to 19 in the last year as the company grew to command nearly 60% of Coventry and Warwickshire’s commercial property market, up from 34% in 2023.
Dawn Cooper, partner of Bromwich Hardy, said: “We are delighted to welcome Paul to the company where he will now play a crucial role as we continue to expand.
“Paul’s 20-plus years in finance, including senior roles with companies across a variety of sectors, means that he has great experience and refined skills that we now need here at Bromwich Hardy.”
Paul’s new role as financial controller at Bromwich Hardy will see him manage all financial aspects at the company, including the production of monthly management accounts and annual statutory reporting.
He will also produce financial modelling, specifically budgeting and forecasting, and will manage the property accounts team and the production of Bromwich Hardy’s client service charge accounts.
Paul said: “I’m thrilled to have joined Bromwich Hardy, where I've enjoyed a warm welcome from the whole team.
“I am now looking forward to applying my skills and experience to further strengthen the company’s financial performance which will be crucial for future growth plans.”
