Following on from site 1000, which has recently seen 60,000 sq ft presold to Tata Technologies Ltd for their new £16 million office headquarters, site 1600 has detailed planning permission for 39,900 sq ft and is ready to go.
The site is located off Plato Close, Tachbrook Park, Warwick in close proximity to occupiers including AC Lloyd, Calor Gas, Co-operative Energy, JLR, Milward Brown and Tata Consultancy Services. There is a Holiday Inn hotel close by on the Park.
The site has detailed planning consent for a 39,900 sq ft (NIA) office building with B1 use on a site of 2.4 acres.
The office building is set out over three storeys with 230 parking spaces at a ratio of 1:168 sq ft.
