Super storage space up for grabs at farm site

A leading commercial property specialist says a series of barns at a Northamptonshire farm would make ideal storage space for a range of businesses.

Michelle Mills says the five barns at Bridge House Farm at Murcott, Long Buckby, near Northampton, are ideally placed close to the M1 and A5 and can be secured on a flexible and competitive lease.

Michelle, a partner in Coventry-based agency Bromwich Hardy, said the barns ranged in size from 5,000 sq ft to nearly 10,000 sq ft and would provide clean, dry storage.

“This is an excellent opportunity for any business looking to secure storage space right at the heart of the country’s transport network,” she said.

“All of the barns are insulated, many have solar panels fitted so that occupiers benefit from cheaper electricity and there is double-door access to the barns, which in most cases could easily be upgraded to roller shutter doors.”

Junctions 17 & 18 of the M1 are just two miles away from the site, which is five miles from Daventry and ten miles from Northampton.

The barns are available immediately with a quoting rent of  £3.50 per sq ft per annum plus VAT.
