Prime Point offers prime location for purpose-built site

Two purpose-built industrial units at the heart of the country’s transport network will offer prime distribution or manufacturing facilities, a leading commercial property expert says.

Andrew Cosnett, partner in Coventry-based Bromwich Hardy, says the two units at Prime Point 14 on the edge of Stafford are ideally located to suit a range of uses – and come with the added bonus of fast track development.

The units – 6,190 sq m and 7,145 sq m respectively – are just one mile from Junction 14 of the M6 motorway along the A34, 1.5 miles north of Stafford town centre and 11 miles from the M6 Toll.

Leading Midlands commercial developer Trebor Developments has teamed up with development and construction partner Seddon to develop the 11.7 acre site next to Redhill Business Park.

Andrew said it offered an excellent opportunity for a logistics, warehouse or manufacturing firm to develop a purpose-built base in double-quick time.

“This is an oven-ready site which is in an excellent location right next to the Midlands’ motorway network.

“All the access roads and services are already in place, there is flexibility to add the occupier’s own requirements to the development and the chance for a fast-track build is the icing on the cake,” he added.

Both units will be constructed with 10m eaves, floor loading of 50kn/psm, a yard depth of 50 metres, dock and level loading and with 1mw of power available on site. They are available on either a leasehold or freehold basis.

Bromwich Hardy are joint agents with Savills for the development.
