PRACTICAL COMPLETION ACHIEVED AT PILOT TRADE CENTRE

Practical Completion has been achieved at Pilot Trade Centre, a speculatively developed scheme of 14 units which have been built of steel portal frame construction with an internal height of 6 metres, to allow for adequate storage/production height, including first floor office space.

The elevations have been designed to combine environmentally effective materials and processes with use of contemporary materials and modern elements.

Pilot Trade Centre is situated off the B4110 London Road beyond the Airport Retail Park adjacent to the Toll Bar End junction. The site is approximately 3.5 miles from Coventry city centre and on the south eastern periphery of the city, 10 miles from Warwick, 25 miles from Birmingham and 100 miles from London. This prime location provides immediate access to the A45/A46 major trunk roads, which provide direct links to the M6, M69, M45, M40, M42 and M1 motorways.

David Penn comments

” We are delighted that Practical Completion has taken place and with over 65% of the scheme now let we are confident we will soon agree terms on the remaining units. Pilot Trade Centre has been constructed to an extremely high standard and occupies an unrivaled location within Coventry.”
