Despite post Brexit fears of a market slow down Bromwich Hardy have had a busy August securing three new leases at the Athena Court Offices at Tachbrook Park Warwick on behalf of their client AC Lloyd.

With two lease renewals, one of which including additional take up of 500 sq ft and one new lease of 1,700 sq ft, only one more unit of 500 sqft remains out of a possible 30,000 + sqft.

Richard Sidaway of Bromwich Hardy said, “Since the referendum in June there were concerns as to how the market would perform soon after. However, these deals have shown that there is still a strong demand for office space and high quality office space will always let well.”
