We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted in three categories for the 2022 Midlands Props Awards.
The prestigious awards are a real beacon of excellence in the property industry and we have made the shortlist in all three categories for which we were entered.
The awards we are now in the final running for are:
- Regeneration project with COMPLEXDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS LTD for regeneration including creation of the Telegraph Hotel Coventry
- Office deal of the year for the sale of Bishops House on Tachbrook Park, Warwick
- And the one we really are bursting with pride about, rising star for our own Sam Cooper

The awards, hosted by TV presenter and property expert Jonnie Irwin, recognise the leaders making a difference in the world of Midlands real estate, are sponsored by Bond Wolfe and raise funds for Variety, the Children’s Charity.
The overall winners in each category will be announced at a gala ceremony on Thursday, 28 April at Birmingham’s Grand Hotel.
