Following the recent official opening of Loades Ecoparc by Minister of State at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, Greg Barker MP and North Warwickshire and Bedworth MP, Dan Byles, Loades Plc have announced that a further 3 units on the development have been let.

Units B3 and B4 have been let for a period of 10 years to a national glass and blind manufacturing business, using state of the art technology.

Unit B1 has been let on a 10 year lease to Medicare, the UK’s leading provider for event management and medical cover. Medicare now provide medical cover for The 02 Arena, Arena Racing Company throughout the UK, Wembley Stadium and Twickenham.
