After a four-year search and a number of fruitless negotiations Richard Hardy of Bromwich Hardy has finally concluded the acquisition of relocation premises for 3P Innovation Limited who have acquired the freehold of a site on Tournament Fields Warwick where a new state of the art production and design facility is under construction.

3P Innovation are a very successful engineering company with a reputation for providing innovative solutions to major pharmaceutical, medical and fast-moving consumer goods companies delivering complex innovative projects to some of the world’s largest companies.

Works commenced on site early December on the 30,000 sq. ft. hybrid unit and is due for completion during the summer of 2018.

The company were very keen to remain within the Warwick area and as a result opportunities were limited but the new facility allows the company to expand into these purpose-built premises with room to grow.
