Richard Sidaway, surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, has recently been awarded a Bsc Honours 1st Class Degree in Real Estate, from Birmingham City University.
This is a fantastic achievement especially as Richard has been working full time at Bromwich Hardy whilst studying for his degree. He is now able to enroll with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS ) and start their APC course with a view to qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.
Richard says
” I am very pleased to have achieved a 1st Class Honours degree during my time at Bromwich Hardy which now puts me in a great position to work towards my APC . This is the first hurdle to have cleared in my ultimate aim to become a Chartered Surveyor ”
