David Penn and Tom Bromwich recently spoke at the Lodders Annual Property Conference on front of 120 industry colleagues

Penn and Bromwich followed Mark Lee, Chief Executive of Calthorpe Estates

They gave an overview of the Coventry and Warwickshire Commercial Property market, and then David Penn gave a summary of the employment land shortage in the region and spoke about the need for Government, Local Authorities and other Stakeholders to promote and release more land for Commercial development in order to stimulate growth and drive the economy.
