Bromwich Hardy leads the way with new interactive property software

An award-winning commercial property specialist has launched a pioneering new service using cutting-edge technology to offer interactive virtual tours of properties it is marketing.

Coventry-based Bromwich Hardy is the first commercial agency in the region to use the innovative Matterport technology to give 3D tours and video walk-throughs of its properties.

Bromwich Hardy partner James Brookes said the software represented a major advance in the way the company could market properties – and offered a unique new service for its clients.

“We are absolutely delighted to have teamed up with Matterport because this software is a real breakthrough in both the way we can market a property and the advantages it offers to clients.

“For the first time we can offer detailed 3D tours of a property – allowing the viewer to zoom in, walk around and even measure up the rooms so that they can get a comprehensive picture of the site.

“We can also produce bespoke video tours, allowing interested parties a managed tour of the building, along with floor maps and an overall 3D model so that they get a truly immersive feel for it.

“The feedback we have had has been highly complimentary and we have already seen a commercial benefit from using the software. For the first time, no matter where you are in the country, you can have a detailed look around many of our properties without leaving the comfort of your own office or home.”

Bromwich Hardy founding partner Tom Bromwich said the use of the software demonstrated the agency’s commitment to embracing new technology for the commercial benefit of its clients.

“Everything we do at Bromwich Hardy is designed to offer our clients the best-possible service and Matterport is another example of us leading the way in our sector.”
