Bromwich Hardy were approached by a private client following Mitsubishi’s withdrawal from their flagship premises just off the Toll Bar in Coventry.
Without the need to market the premises Tom Bromwich managed to secure a 10-year lease to a major Plc ensuring the building will continue to be used in its current capacity as a prestige dealership.
