For Bromwich Hardy and for Lodders, 2014 started with a bang with both firms extremely busy. In part this is the result of growing signs of recovery, and in part the confidence that springs from that.

With the resurgence in the commercial property market, we can see signs of speculative development coming back. We are involved in speculative warehouse schemes for Loades Plc at Loades Ecoparc, Blackhorse Road, Bedworth and A C Lloyd Group at Tachbrook Park.

Occupational demand for both Office and Industrial Property are showing encouraging signs of recovery as many firms enjoy an optimistic outlook for the future. In particular, Companies in the Midlands associated with the Car Industry are enjoying increased order books.

Paul Mourton, Real Estate Partner from Lodders provides practical legal advice for many of our clients, as we are both working to the same end – a successful conclusion and a happy client.
Mutual clients include, St Modwen, A C Lloyd, Cobalt Developments, Banana Moon Day Nurseries, Valhalla, Caribou, Helicentre Aviation and H F Hales and Sons.
