Bromwich Hardy have recently acted on behalf of Playground Games in securing office space totally 17,365 sq ft at St Albans House in Leamington Spa.

Playground Games will commence a substantial refurbishment of the space immediately and initially occupy the ground and first floors. They will occupy the second floor by the end of 2018.
