Bromwich Hardy have recently completed the sale of the final unit at Trident Business Park, Leamington Spa.  Unit 3 has been sold to a private investor and Bromwich Hardy have arranged a simultaneous letting to a courier company under contract to Hermes.

Trident Park was developed speculatively by A C Lloyd Group and all the units have been sold to either owner-occupiers or private investors.
