Bromwich Hardy have recently secured ground floor retail premises at 156 The Parade, Leamington Spa, on behalf of Mid Counties Co-operative who will operate the premises as a brand new Convenience Store. 

Mid Counties Co-operative have been looking to open a Convenience Store within Leamington and Warwick, since relocating their Head Office to Warwick Technology Park two years ago.

The new premises are located within Leamington Spa Town Centres main retail thoroughfare and are adjacent to the brand new Premier Inn Hotel.
