BROMWICH HARDY RESTAURANT SUCCESS

Bromwich Hardy have recently completed the letting of two restaurant premises in Leamington Spa.

On Warwick Street, the premises formerly known as Rhubarb have been let to a niche operator who will open their Smokehouse and Grill concept. Fitting out work begins in July and the premises should be trading in August

At 44 Clarendon Street, Bromwich Hardy have let the building to a new Mediterranean Restaurant, which will be run by a highly experienced operator, having managed Cafe Rouge and Ask.

James Brookes of Bromwich Hardy comments

” This continues to show Leamington Spa’s attraction as a destination for people wanting quality restaurant offerings. The Town provides a vast array of different eating environments and remain high on the target location list for many national and regional operators. In addition to these recent lettings we are dealing with another 3 buildings , all with Restaurant consent , where we expect to complete transactions shortly”
