The Bromwich Hardy team success continues having been awarded two prestigious awards by CoStar only one month after being awarded most active agent by EGI.

The first award won was “Most Active Agent” West Midlands Industrial by the number of instructions where they came 9th, one place behind Cushman and Wakefield and the second award won was “Most Active Agent” West Midlands Industrial by number of disposals being placed 5th with 42 deals, just missing out on third position which was shared between LSH and Siddall Jones who both had 44 deals.

As a small Midlands based company it shows they are able to compete well with some of the leading UK’s national agencies.
