Bromwich Hardy have successfully completed on the sale of landmark building Warwick House, Nuneaton for their London based client.

The five-storey office block located in the town centre comprises over 16,500 Sq. Ft and was sold with permitted development rights for residential conversion to one and two bedroom apartments.

Richard Sidaway comments:

‘we are delighted to have secured a sale along with joint agent Ereira Mendoza for our mutual client.  Upon our instruction and advice, it is good to see this long vacant building being put to good use so quickly after our initial marketing and providing much needed residential accommodation to the area.’
