A £3.5m trade park development in Worcestershire is on course for completion early next year.

The Crescent Trade Park in Moons Moat, Redditch is set to create around 75 jobs when it is fully let.

The development will consist of 24,000 sq ft of commercial space, with 70 car parking spaces. It will see two new retail outlets created as well as ten industrial or trade counter units.

The project is being developed by Halesowen-based A&H Construction & amp Developments and steelwork is already erected on several of the units, which range from 1,485 sq ft to 9,000 sq ft. One 5,850 sq ft property has already been cladded.

There is flexible planning use on the units and all of them have been designed to accommodate mezzanine floors. Occupiers will also have the chance to fit-out prior to formal completion.

MacMullen Associates has helped to bring the development forward, while KWB Industrial and Bromwich Hardy are joint agents on the development. Both are reporting strong interest in the development.
