Bromwich Hardy have acted on behalf of private clients in negotiating a sale of the Leadec building on Tournament Fields Business Park in Warwick
The 12,186 sq ft Grade A Office Building is let to Leadec for 10 years from 2017 and has been sold to Wesleyan Assurance Society for £3,200,000
