Bromwich Hardy have recently acted jointly with Boston Fieldgate, on behalf of Clearwater Group, in completing the freehold sale of Clearwater Business Park in Warwickshire.

Clearwater Business Park provided a rare opportunity for owner occupiers, investors and developers to secure a 6.7 acre site with investment income, vacant industrial and office accommodation, for their own occupation and investment with consent to develop a further 15,000 sq ft of accommodation.

 

The estate was sold to The Shield Group of Companies for their own occupation and investment purposes.

 

Shield Group are one of the largest engineering groups in the UK who specialise in providing machining and assembly solutions to the power generation, off highway, construction and automotive industries.
