Bromwich Hardy have acted jointly with Cushman & Wakefield in letting the ground floor of the Iceni Centre at Warwick Technology Park

The space comprised 26,610 sq. ft. across the entire Ground Floor of the Iceni Centre which offers contemporary HQ office space within a 70-acre landscaped office campus, which is recognised as one of the Midlands premier business parks

 

The space was let to Avato – information technology consulting.
