BROMWICH HARDY ACQUIRE A FREEHOLD WAREHOUSE AND TRANSPORT DEPOT FOR MAXI GROUP SUBSIDIARY IXAM PROPERTIES LIMITED
Bromwich Hardy have recently acquired the Freehold of the former Terex site at Wedgnock Lane Warwick on behalf of Ixam Properties Limited, a subsidiary of Maxi Group Limited, who propose to use the property as a Warehouse and Transport Depot.
The site is approximately 4.4 acres and the existing buildings are approximately 31,000 square feet. The site is ideally located for Maxi, being on the opposite side of the road to their existing operation in Rothwell Road.
